Service Advisor

We offer a basic salary of up to £30,000, plus bonus, pension, critical illness pay, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals, and aftersales services.

Responsibilities of a Service Advisor include:

  1. Providing estimates for work and booking service and repair appointments
  2. Advising on recommended actions and accurately invoicing for work done
  3. Informing customers about available extras, accessories, and value products, while upselling where appropriate

Qualifications and qualities needed:

  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence
  • Customer service experience and an interest in the automotive industry
  • Excellent organisation skills and confidence with computer systems
  • Sales experience with the ability to maintain service quality and meet KPIs in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and making customers happy
