What does the role of Service Advisor involve?
- Providing estimates for work and booking service and repair appointments for customers’ vehicles
- Advising on recommended actions and accurately invoicing for work carried out
- Keeping customers informed of available extras, accessories, and value-added products, while upselling where appropriate
What qualities do I need to succeed in this role?
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Background in customer service and an interest in the automotive industry, whether technical or customer-focused
- Excellent organizational skills and confidence with computer systems
