Committed to growing our business, an opportunity has arisen for a motivated, customer-focused Corporate Sales Manager to join our team.

Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification

  • Experience in fleet sales, or business-to-business sales, ideally within main car dealerships.
  • Strong communication and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Track record of delivering strong, above-budget financial performance.
  • Experience in team leadership roles, and a clear commitment to staff training and development.
  • Oversee the corporate sales function, ensuring the department provides an exceptional level of customer service to existing customers, and maximising opportunities with these existing accounts.
  • Plan and manage a programme of sales activities to meet set business objectives.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, as required by the management team, and assisting in the creation of financial plans and budgets for the corporate department.
  • Managing the development of sales to new corporate customers through planned prospecting and marketing programmes.
  • Maintaining the corporate department customer record system, facilitating efficient prospecting and follow-up processes.
  • Ensuring the corporate department complies with company and manufacturer policies, standards and procedures.
  • Providing ongoing training and coaching to members of the corporate sales team, ensuring high performance, and creating an ethos of continuous improvement.
