My client provides Industry Leading Bespoke SaaS Products across the Telecoms and communication industry nationally and are looking for an experienced developer to join their team in Lewes. In this role, you will be spending working 50% on new projects and 50% on existing projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a QA Tester because it offers excellent growth potential and opportunities to develop new skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. They have plans to grow by a minimum of 15% in the next 6 months!
This role is for a QA Tester who can provide Technical support to clients. The roles have great benefits, including HealthCare, a yearly bonus scheme, and flexible working.
Responsibilities- Design, build and maintain automated test suites.
- Define acceptance criteria and support test coverage across web, mobile and API layers.
- Perform exploratory testing on new features.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Document results and track defects to closure.
- Creation of end-user docs and manuals.
- Investigate and reproduce reported issues.
- Provide first-line support for our SaaS, UC and AI applications.
- Manage issue tracking and communication with developers and clients.
- Collect and analyse feedback to drive improvements.
