My client is a Financial services company based in Fareham. They are looking for a Senior/Lead Software Developer with skills in ASP.Net, MVC, and C#.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Microsoft Technologies, ASP.Net & MVC .NET Core and will be able to code as well as act as the Technical Lead of a small development team. This role is more focused on Tech Lead, Mentoring and Software Development, than people management and team leading. This role is paying up to £75k (depending on experience) and is on-site full-time.
Skills needed for this role:
- 8 plus years of experience in C# using .NET Framework (4.8+ - ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API and Web Forms, Windows Services)
- Experience in using .NET 8 (Razor, Razor Pages, Web API)
- Experience in working with ORMs (Entity Framework/Entity Framework Core preferred)
- Intermediate level experience using Source Control (GIT preferred)
- Intermediate level experience in using and coding SQL Server, Stored Procedures and T-SQL
- Experience in working in a collaborative commercial development environment
- Experience with configuring Windows Server and IIS
