Overview
We are hiring a Growth Associate to help build the machine that gets us there.
You will work directly with the CEO, CRO, and CMO, a leadership team drawn from Mc Kinsey, BCG, Harvard Business School, and top enterprise software scale‑ups.
This is a high‑bar role.
We hire from the same talent pool as MBB consulting firms, top funds, and the best software companies.
Responsibilities
- Run campaigns end to end – plan, launch, and optimize outreach campaigns; write, test, measure, and iterate.
- Own outbound: run cold calling, email sequences, and Linked In programmes targeting commercial leaders at Europe’s largest manufacturers, using AI‑recommended warm‑intro paths and account intelligence.
- Drive paid channels: organise, launch, and optimize paid campaigns from targeting and creative through to spend decisions and attribution.
- Build materials that win meetings – produce client documents, demos, and interactive presentations from our high‑end library, using templates and AI tooling.
- Keep the commercial engine clean – log activity, maintain pipeline data in Hub Spot, and produce the weekly pipeline, coverage, and forecast numbers the CRO uses to manage team numbers and brief the board.
- Introduce new plays, automations, and content for the library to sharpen the commercial engine each week.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years in growth, sales, marketing, consulting, or a similarly demanding environment (exceptional graduates will be considered).
- A proven record of excelling at something measurable – a selective scholarship or prize, a role at a top consultancy/fund/software company, competitive selection, or a self‑built product with demonstrable numbers.
- Evidence of grit and ownership – taking on hard challenges and delivering results.
- A doer who enjoys execution: getting on the phone, shipping campaigns, turning work around fast, and measuring outcomes rather than activity.
- A sharp, persuasive writer capable of persuading busy executives in a few words.
- Comfort with AI‑native tools – Hub Spot, Linked In Sales Navigator, email automation, and modern AI tooling, and a tendency to reach for automation instinctively.
- Commercial curiosity and ambition; a desire to understand how B2B companies grow.
Benefits
- Competitive salaries, equity, and private healthcare insurance.
