As Chief of Staff, you will work directly with our CEO to drive the most critical initiatives that shape the future of STRATOS. You will support business development efforts, manage strategic projects, and collaborate closely with the commercial team to ensure our go-to-market strategy is executed with excellence.

Tasks
- Support the CEO both on our strategic agenda and day-to-day execution
- Advance our business development activities: from pipeline research and partnership outreach to proposal preparation and deal support.
- Drive and own strategic projects that span across product, operations, and commercial teams.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform leadership decision-making.
- Create compelling presentations and analyses for investors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Act as a force multiplier for the CEO β ensuring meetings, follow-ups, and initiatives move forward efficiently.
- Roll up your sleeves to solve problems wherever they arise β whether that\βs in sales, operations, product feedback, or hiring.
Requirements
- Distinctive academic record from a leading university.
- 2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth start-up in a strategy, operations, or chief-of-staff style role.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills β able to quickly structure ambiguous problems and derive insights from data.
- Highly effective communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset β proactive, resourceful, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
