We are looking for a Product Lead / AI Specialist to join a scale-up business in London. The client requires an AI native rapid builder to supercharge internal operations. Someone who can embed with stakeholders across the business, understand processes & pain points, and deliver a 0 to 1 AI-assisted system pragmatically, safely, and at pace. We offer a high degree of autonomy, a seat at the strategy table, and the chance to impact every part of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand: Embed with business units to understand their processes, pain points, and opportunities at a detailed level.
- Build: Rapidly prototype AI-powered workflow & operations solutions using code, AI-assisted coding, or No-Code tools. You’ll make the most of AI (particularly in the Google Suite), APIs, and our internal tech.
- Train & Champion: Firmly embed AI solutions into existing processes and upskill teams on getting the most out of our AI solutions. Stay at the forefront of the AI space, and advocate strongly how we can benefit most.
- Advanced Reporting Owner: Take ownership of internal and external reports. Maintaining and improving existing reports and dashboards as well identifying and developing new reporting opportunities and processes (especially using automation).
- Discover & Strategise: Support the Director of Product directly to identify the problems / opportunities in the business, and feed into the overall Tech & Product Strategy.
Who you are:
- AI Native: You’re already deeply hands-on, with proven experience deploying AI tools (Gemini, Claude, Cursor, n8n, Zapier, or similar) in a real business context, not just experimenting. You have a genuine curiosity and stay up-to-date with the rapidly evolving GenAI and LLM landscape. You know what modern AI tools can, and importantly, cannot do.
- A Pragmatic Builder: You have a strong bias for action. You prefer building a working prototype in a few days and iterating based on real user feedback over spending months writing "perfect" code.
- Systems & Workflow Minded: You have strong systems thinking and practical operational judgement, with an ability to spot inefficiencies and redesign workflows end-to-end.
- Product-Curious: You think in terms of user journeys and systems. You don't just see a problem at surface level, you dig into the true root cause.
- Proactive Owner: Comfortable having high ownership with a high ambiguity tolerance, you figure out what needs doing and do it.
