We are looking for a Commercial Manager / QS who will relocate to Indonesia for a 12-24 month Data Center construction project, before continuing on UK based projects.
The Role
The Commercial Manager leads the commercial and contractual management of large-scale data centre construction projects, ensuring effective financial oversight and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
The role is responsible for cost management, procurement, contract administration, risk mitigation, change control, and maximising project value while maintaining compliance with contractual requirements.
Working collaboratively with project teams, clients, consultants, contractors, and supply chain partners, the Commercial Manager plays a key role in delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and in line with agreed commercial and contractual objectives.
