We are looking for a sharp, curious, and data-literate Product Manager to join our client's Tech team. Reporting directly to the Director of Product, you will play a pivotal role, bridging the gap between the business needs/opportunities and the solutions that our team of data scientists and engineers build.
Key Responsibilities- Understand: Embed with business units to understand their processes, pain points, and opportunities at a detailed level.
- Discover & Strategise: Support the Director of Product directly to identify the problems/opportunities in the business, and feed into the overall Tech & Product Strategy.
- Take Ownership of Data & Insights: Take ownership of internal and external reports and dashboards, and utilise our data to uncover trends, validate hypotheses, and report on performance.
- Collaborate with Technical Minds: Act as the user-centric partner to our engineering team. Help guide our AI engineers and developers on the business context and user workflows so they can build the right technical solutions.
- Rollout & Champion: Firmly embed our solutions into existing processes and upskill teams on getting the most out of those solutions. Stay at the forefront of the AI space, and advocate strongly how we can benefit most.
- Product Minded: You think in terms of user journeys, workflows, and systems. You don't just see a problem at surface level, you dig into the true root cause to find inefficiencies & opportunities, and design creative solutions that lead to genuine improvements.
- Proactive & Organized Owner: Comfortable having high ownership with a high ambiguity tolerance, you figure out what needs doing, organise the work, and execute.
- Data Fluent: You are incredibly comfortable with data. You know how to navigate data visualisation tools (Data Studio, Tableau, PowerBI) and how to use basic SQL to get your own answers.
- AI & Tech Literate: You don't need to write code, but you understand the core logic for how software works and can creatively brainstorm user experiences around them, and importantly, you know what modern AI tools can, and importantly, cannot do.
- Hands On & Passionate About Tech: You’re not afraid to dive into your own 0-1 no-code/low-code prototypes, staying up to date with and testing out the latest in AI and tech.
- 2+ years of relevant product management (or similar role) experience.
- You have shipped digital features in an agile B2B or B2C SaaS environment.
- Core Product Skills: Demonstrable experience with research & discovery, writing PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, reviewing and prioritising backlogs.
- Experience working with AI tools, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or AI agents to solve practical workflow problems.
- Experience working with data, be that working quickly with data in Excel or Sheets, or working more directly with SQL and data warehouses. (Data Visualisation / BI tooling is a plus!)
- Experience in digital advertising or media agencies is a big plus as you’ll bring domain understanding on day 1.
