If you\’re want to take ownership of one of the fastest growing technical markets in the world, I have just the opportunity to operate a niche vertical within the Advanced Manufacturing space – supporting global clients across Data Centres, Micro-Electronics and Engineering markets.

Working alongside a manager with over 12 years experience building and scaling successful teams.

The Role: What you’ll be doing:

  • Taking ownership of a perm desk focused on Advanced Manufacturing and Mission Critical markets across EU and US.
  • Identifying opportunities within Advanced Manufacturing and playing an integral part in developing our 360 business: pitching new clients, negotiating terms and delivering on world class candidates.
  • Win the client, not just the job – working closely with our client solutions and marketing teams to provide attractive pitch documents and the best solution offerings to potential clients.
  • Building long-term candidate relationships and mapping specialist markets with a clear, structured plan.
  • Attending international events and client meets with the budget to go to the US/EU once a quarter, when needed.

The Requirements:

  • 2+ years 360 experience within a White Collar Engineering, Construction or Industrial vertical, international market experience preferred.
  • A proven track record of Business Development (self-generated business and repeat business with these clients).
  • Ability to build long-term candidate and client relationships.
  • A growth mindset – motivated by ownership, progression and wealth creation.
  • Commitment to building something meaningful rather than maintaining a “status quo” desk.
