How does operating in one of the fastest growing markets in the world sound? I have just the opportunity for you… Working alongside our resident top biller, to dominate the AI Agents space. Joining our highest-performing team that generated circa £2m last year. Due to pressing client requirements, our AI team are looking to add another Senior Consultant to the team to focus on the ever growing AI Agents vertical. You’ll be reporting into our 2024 top biller, who has been spending a lot of his time laying the foundations of this patch. We have repeat business, strong relationships and a lot of roles to get at from day 1. This is an opportunity for you to hit the ground running and become a market leader in your vertical.

The Role: What you’ll be doing: Working within a team of 7 AI specialists, supporting with delivering on client requirements, expanding existing accounts and re-engaging with quieter business. Identifying opportunities across the US within AI Agents, AI Assistants, Conversational AI etc with a focus on building and nurturing candidate and client relationships. Nurturing your existing network and continuing to develop both your network and your industry knowledge to build a strong community of world class AI professionals. Attending international events and client meets with the budget to the US once a quarter when needed.
The Requirements: Ideally 3+ years recruitment experience within a highly technical market (AI, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Data/Big Data etc) with US market experience preferable but not essential. A community led approach – happy to be involved with marketing, networking, market focused podcasts etc. A track record of consistency in performance (placements p/m, new clients/client development). Commitment to the US market – although you will have a lot of flexibility, you will be expected to be available for your clients/candidates outside of typical UK hours.
