We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This hands-on role will see you own full-cycle recruitment across technology, clean energy, future mobility and industrial markets. You will be client-facing, responsible for building relationships, delivering against hiring briefs, and managing the candidate experience from first contact through to offer and onboarding. This is an opportunity to work in a high-performance business that values autonomy, creativity and commercial impact.

What you'll do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment assignments: role scoping, market mapping, proactive sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to win and grow business, conduct regular hiring reviews and provide commercial market insight.
  • Proactively headhunt and engage both active and passive talent across your specialism.
  • Carry out high-quality screening, competency-based interviewing and candidate qualification (notice periods, salary expectations, eligibility to work, pre-employment checks).
  • Maintain clear and timely candidate communication throughout the lifecycle.
  • Partner with hiring managers and internal teams to understand hiring priorities, translate them into effective recruitment strategies and manage expectations through to hire.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on market availability, salary benchmarking and candidate positioning.
  • Keep the CRM up to date with candidate progress, notes and pipeline activity.
  • Use data and reporting to track performance, inform sourcing decisions and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
  • Represent the employer brand at events and across social channels, contributing to a positive candidate experience and a strong market presence.
  • Support team initiatives and collaborate with Mission Control functions (TA, L&D, Marketing, HR, IT, Finance, Contracts & Compliance).

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within technology, engineering, aerospace, defence, aviation or related industrial sectors.
  • Comfortable with proactive sourcing and headhunting; able to build and nurture a network of passive talent.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing client relationships and delivering against targets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; confident advising hiring managers and candidates.
  • Organised, self-motivated and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using an ATS/CRM and strong attention to data accuracy and pipeline hygiene.

What you'll get

  • No working hours
  • Base + bonus per hire
  • Unlimited holiday
  • 24/7 support through our partner app (mental health, physical health, financial and legal support, career coaching)
  • Vitality Private Health cover after 6 months
  • Hybrid working
  • 2x salary reviews per year
  • Enhanced parental leave
  • Monthly, quarterly and annual socials and international travel opportunities
  • Support from Mission Control teams, branded merch, Headspace, Audible and more
