The Role

What you’ll be doing:

• Identifying perm opportunities across the UK & EU within engineering.
• Playing an integral part in developing our 360 perm business: market mapping, identifying and pitching to new clients, negotiating terms and delivering top‑level candidates.
• Utilising your network, leveraging existing relationships and continuing to develop industry knowledge to partner with high‑quality candidates and long‑term clients.
• Winning the client, not just the job – working closely with client solutions teams and marketing to provide attractive pitch documents and best solution offerings to potential clients.

The Requirements

• Ideally 2+ years 360 recruitment experience, within a relevant industry but not essential. Relevant markets include engineering, automotive, aircraft, drones, civil engineering, EV charging, automation, renewables, software and electronics.
• A proven track record of business development (self‑generated business and repeat business with these clients).
• Evidence of consistency in performance (new clients and client expansion).
• Growth mindset – motivated and determined to grow.
