Strativ Group in Manchester is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead end-to-end recruitment for our Delivery, Embedded and 180 Sales teams. Hybrid working model (3–4 days in, 1–2 days from home) offers a flexible path to drive high-quality hires across the UK and internationally while partnering with senior stakeholders.
You’ll own sourcing, screening, offer management and onboarding, build strong pipelines, and utilise platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM/ATS.
