We have two opportunities: within our Cyber and AI teams who are both experiencing an overflow of jobs and looking for a Principal Recruitment Consultant to support with the build out of Product & Engineering divisions.
Taking ownership of the technical vertical, you would not only be supplied with jobs and relationships from day 1 but be in a great position to build something truly special and progress with the growth of your business.
The role:
What you’ll be doing:
- Reporting to a Senior Leader who has a wealth of experience in this space
- Identifying opportunities within product and engineering and playing a key part in building out our 360 business: pitching to new clients, negotiating terms, and delivering top level candidates
- Empowered to travel, attend events and meet clients, with opportunities to jet set to the US or EU once per quarter or when needed
- Networking and developing industry knowledge by being a true SME in how to partner with clients long-term
- Working closely with our Client Services and Marketing teams to set up a clear value proposition and determine the most appropriate client solutions pitch
The Requirements:
- A proven track record as a 360 consultant is a must – bring on self-generated new clients and repeat business from filling roles
- Communication is essential, as you will be joining client pitches, winning new business as well as identifying/delivering talent
- Resilience is key: you will be growing a market with its challenges and rewards, and readiness to overcome them will be a major advantage
- Ability to juggle several plates and handle multiple clients, processes, and responsibilities at once
- Flexibility – freedom and autonomy, but working a US market may require availability outside of normal UK hours
