About the Role

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive the growth of our London office by finding, engaging, and securing the best talent in our markets. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for someone who thrives on networking, proactive headhunting, and building genuine relationships with candidates long before a role ever opens. You'll own the end‑to‑end hiring experience for a range of roles – with a particular focus on 360 recruiters, recruitment managers, delivery recruiters, and embedded recruiters – while shaping how we attract and engage talent across the business. This isn't a role for someone who waits for applications to land in an inbox. We need someone who is out in the market, building networks, mapping talent pools, and creating a pipeline of exceptional people before we need them.

What You'll Do

  • Talent Attraction & Headhunting: Proactively source, network, and headhunt top‑tier recruitment talent (360, management‑level, delivery, and embedded recruiters) across our key markets. Build and maintain a strong personal network within the recruitment industry to create a consistent pipeline of passive talent. Develop and execute creative, proactive sourcing strategies rather than relying on inbound applications alone. Represent our employer brand externally, at events, on social platforms, and within recruitment communities – to raise our profile as an employer of choice.
  • Recruitment Delivery: Own the full recruitment lifecycle for UK hiring, from role briefing through offer and onboarding. Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership across UK offices to understand growth plans and translate them into hiring strategies. Manage a high volume and high bar of hiring simultaneously, prioritising effectively across multiple live roles.
  • Candidate Experience: Deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience at every touchpoint, ensuring candidates feel informed, valued, and engaged throughout the process. Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, providing honest, thoughtful guidance regardless of outcome. Continuously look for ways to improve and elevate the candidate journey.
  • Systems & Process: Keep our CRM (Teamtailor) accurately and consistently updated – pipelines, candidate notes, statuses, and reporting. Use data and CRM insights to inform sourcing strategy, track pipeline health, and report on hiring progress. Contribute to continuous improvement of our TA processes, tools, and employer brand initiatives.
  • Supporting Global Growth: Act as a strategic partner to the business, understanding the shape of UK & International office growth and building talent pipelines ahead of need. Provide market insight and intelligence (talent availability, competitor movement, salary benchmarking) to support hiring decisions.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a recruiter or TA professional, ideally with a strong background in recruitment‑to‑recruitment (Rec2Rec) or staffing agency recruitment hiring.
  • A genuine passion for and strength in networking and proactive headhunting — you build relationships before you need them, not after.
  • Demonstrable experience hiring 360 recruiters, recruitment managers, delivery, and/or embedded recruiters.
  • A track record of delivering a high‑quality, candidate‑first recruitment experience.
  • Confident using an ATS/CRM (Teamtailor experience a strong plus) with excellent attention to data accuracy and hygiene.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable partnering with senior leaders across multiple offices.
  • Highly organised, self‑directed, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast‑growing environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with genuine curiosity about people and markets.

What You'll Get

  • No working hours.
  • Base + bonus per hire.
  • Unlimited holidays.
  • 24/7, 365 support: mental health, physical health, financial support, legal support, career coaching and more available through our partner app: Health Assured.
  • Vitality Private Health cover after 6 months.
  • Hybrid working.
  • 2x salary reviews per year.
  • Enhanced parental leave – up to 9 months maternity and paternity.
  • Monthly, quarterly and annual socials (expenses paid trips, meals, team days out etc).
  • Support from our Mission Control team (TA, L&D, Marketing, IT, HR, Finance, Contracts and Compliance…).
  • International travel opportunities.
  • Branded merch.
  • Run clubs, book clubs, culture squad and more!
