We're looking for a seasoned Senior Architect with deep expertise in the Post-Quantum world to lead the design and delivery of cryptographic solutions built to withstand the coming wave of quantum computing threats. You'll shape how our clients' products transition to quantum-resistant security - combining hands-on architecture work with technical leadership across the engineering team. If you have a strong grounding in cryptographic theory, a track record in secure software architecture, and a genuine interest in staying ahead of where the field is heading, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute the roadmap for integrating post-quantum cryptographic algorithms into existing and new products.
  • Lead the design of secure, efficient, and scalable systems that incorporate post-quantum cryptography from the ground up.
  • Mentor the development team and champion best practices in secure software design and coding standards.
  • Track developments in quantum-resistant cryptography and evaluate how new advancements should be incorporated into our products.
  • Tackle complex security and architectural challenges, delivering solutions that protect against both classical and quantum threats.
  • Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to turn requirements into robust architecture, communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ensure cryptographic implementations and architecture meet rigorous testing, validation, and security standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cryptography, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus for candidates with a research background in post-quantum cryptography.
  • Significant experience in software architecture with a strong security/cryptography focus.
  • Deep understanding of cryptographic techniques, including post-quantum approaches such as lattice-based, multivariate, hash-based, and code-based cryptography.
  • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in cryptographic and secure software development.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and validating cryptographic algorithms in production software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have

  • Contributions to cryptographic research, particularly in quantum-resistant methods.
  • Familiarity with cryptographic standards and protocols.
  • Experience building software in a regulated industry (finance, healthcare, government, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of quantum computing and its implications for current cryptographic systems.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
