We are seeking an experienced Embedded Talent Partner to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering on embedded projects, working closely with clients to understand their requirements, and ensuring successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be part of Strativ, while also being embedded into one of our clients, filling their role requirements on a monthly basis.
  • Managing the candidate process and sourcing talented professionals to match client requirements.
  • Expertise in candidate resourcing, screening and interviewing.
  • Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process from initial conversations to informing unsuccessful candidates.
  • Closing candidates on salary expectations and ensuring all aspects of candidate qualification have been fully covered e. g. notice period, interviews, holidays etc.
  • Ensuring that candidates fully understand the pre-employment screening requirements of the client.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of working in a Delivery/Researcher Role in a recruitment agency.
  • Experience in working with candidates/clients in one of the following industry sectors is preferred: Aerospace, Defence, Aviation, Engineering, R&D, Renewables, Battery, Manufacturing.
