We are looking for a Product / Data Analyst with excellent storytelling and data analytics skills to take the next step in their career. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Storytelling (The Priority): Take ownership of reporting and insights. You’ll turn messy data into clear and actionable narratives that describe exactly what is happening and what should be done about it, both internally and client facing.
- Rapid Prototyping: Use SQL, AI-assisted coding, or No-Code tools to build quick prototypes and automate manual workflows, especially around the processing or utilisation of data.
- Product Discovery: Support the Director of Product in analysing data to identify the problem (or opportunity), then take raw ideas and turn them into prototypes or detailed plans.
Who you are:
- A Natural Narrator: You find the 'so what' in a spreadsheet instantly. You’d rather present one clear recommendation than a 20-page dashboard.
- Technical Enough: You are comfortable with SQL and data visualisation (Tableau/Looker). You aren't necessarily a developer, but you get the job done and pick up the skills you need as you go.
- Action-Oriented: You are happy to roll up your sleeves, whether that’s wireframing a new internal tool in Figma or writing a clear requirements ticket for a backend engineer.
- Product-Curious: You think in terms of user journeys and systems. You don't just see a problem at surface level, you dig into the true root cause.
Experience:
- 2+ years in a data-driven role (Product Analysis, Business Analyst, Growth, or Strategy Consulting).
- Strong skills and experience working with data (within platforms, sheets, and databases).
- Strong skills and experience working with data visualisations (Tableau, Looker, or similar).
- Strong autonomy, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with a proactive nature.
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability in building relationships and collaborating with stakeholders across large organisations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with SQL and working with databases - Great to have.
- Experience with Python - Great to have.
- Experience working with APIs - Great to have.
