Are you a product-minded builder who loves diving deep into user workflows, data, and cutting-edge AI?

We are looking for an ambitious Product Manager to join a fast-moving, innovative tech team in London.

In this role, you’ll work directly with the Director of Product to help shape our core strategy, partner closely with our engineering and AI teams, and champion solutions that drive genuine business impact. If you thrive in high-ownership environments with high ambiguity and want to build the future of AI-driven work, this is the place for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with business units to map out processes, uncover pain points, and identify high-value opportunities.
  • Partner directly with leadership to feed insights into our overarching Tech & Product Strategy.
  • Take ownership of internal and external dashboards, uncovering trends, validating hypotheses, and tracking performance using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Data Studio (plus basic SQL).
  • Act as the user-centric bridge to our engineering team, translating business context and workflows so builders can ship the right technical solutions.
  • Embed new features into daily operations, upskill teams, and stay at the forefront of the AI space to advocate for what's next.

Who You Are

  • You think in terms of user journeys and root causes, designing creative solutions that drive real improvements.
  • You love autonomy, possess a high tolerance for ambiguity, and know how to figure things out and execute.
  • Comfortable navigating data visualisation tools and writing basic SQL queries to get your own answers.
  • You understand core software logic, can brainstorm great user experiences, and have a realistic grasp of what modern AI tools can (and cannot) do.
  • You aren't afraid to test out low-code/no-code prototypes and stay up to date with the latest in tech.

Experience & Skills

  • 2+ years of relevant product management (or similar analytical/product) experience.
  • Demonstrable experience shipping digital features in an agile B2B or B2C SaaS environment.
  • Core product toolkit: User research, writing PRDs, defining user stories and acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs.
  • Practical experience working with AI tools, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or AI agents to solve workflow challenges.
  • Bonus Points: Experience in digital advertising, media agencies, or working directly with data warehouses and advanced BI tools.
