What You’ll Do:

• Shape and execute the company’s financial strategy, capital allocation, and operational planning.
• Lead fundraising efforts, engaging with investors and preparing the business for its next growth milestone.
• Build and scale a high‑performing finance team, implementing robust systems and reporting frameworks.
• Oversee multi‑jurisdictional operations, cash flow, treasury, and risk management.
• Provide the executive team with actionable insights, translating financial data into strategic decisions.

Who You Are:

• Proven senior finance leader or CFO, ideally with hands‑on startup experience.
• Track record of raising capital at Seed or Series A and managing investor relationships.
• Experienced in building scalable finance functions and implementing operational processes.
• Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communicator with executive presence and the ability to influence decision‑making.
