Our client is a leading global provider of digital infrastructure solutions and is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to support continued growth across the UK & Ireland data centre market. This is a senior, customer-facing role focused on enterprise and technology accounts, combining solution-led sales with strong partner and internal collaboration.
The Role
- You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across a defined territory, developing relationships with end customers, consultants, integrators, and channel partners within the data centre ecosystem.
- The role blends strategic account development with hands-on opportunity management, selling integrated infrastructure solutions across power, cooling, cabinets, and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop a defined UK & Ireland territory, achieving revenue and growth targets.
- Drive new account acquisition across enterprise, corporate, and technology customers.
- Develop solution-based sales opportunities across data centre infrastructure systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, partners, and consultants.
- Coordinate internal resources across sales support, engineering, operations, and product teams.
- Work closely with channel partners to develop joint opportunities and long-term relationships.
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and territory planning with a structured, data-driven approach.
- Provide regular updates on performance, key accounts, and market activity.
Your Background
- Proven experience in B2B field sales within the data centre, digital infrastructure, or IT sector.
- Strong understanding of data centre environments (power, cooling, cabinets, monitoring, or related systems).
- Experience selling to enterprise and technology customers.
- Confident engaging at multiple levels within customer organisations.
- Highly self-motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable working autonomously.
- Strong planning, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UK & Ireland.
