We’re recruiting for a dynamic Business Unit Manager to lead growth, operational excellence, and multi-site teams for a leading TIC provider across the UK and Ireland. This senior leadership role carries full P&L responsibility, driving strategic initiatives, operational performance, and market expansion.
- Lead and manage multi-site operations across the UK and Ireland, ensuring world-class service delivery and compliance in regulated industries.
- Drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and profitability across the business unit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, industry standards, and company ethics.
- Develop, mentor, and empower management teams to deliver high-performance results.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and regulatory forums, strengthening brand presence.
Proven senior leadership experience managing multi-site or regional teams in TIC, industrial services, or related sectors. Strong track record in P&L management, business development, and operational transformation. Demonstrated ability to drive growth and operational excellence in complex, high-compliance environments. Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus. Willingness to travel extensively across the region to oversee operations and client engagement.
