We are looking to add a Senior Consultant to our brand‑new contract recruitment team focused on Advanced Manufacturing and Data Centres. The role is purely contract‑based and will require a transition to a contract desk for those coming from permanent recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Identify contract opportunities across the UK and EU within the Data Centres industry.
- Play an integral part in developing our 360 contract business: market mapping, identifying and pitching to new clients, negotiating terms, and delivering top‑tier candidates.
- Utilise your network, leverage existing relationships, and continuously develop your industry knowledge to partner with high‑quality candidates and long‑term clients.
- Work closely with client solution teams and marketing to provide attractive pitch documents and the best solution offerings to potential clients.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of contract 360 recruitment experience – ideally within engineering, construction or hardware.
- Proven track record of business development (self‑generated business and repeat business with clients).
- Evidence of consistency in performance (new runs per month, new clients and client expansion).
