We are seeking an experienced L&D Consultant who brings both sales and systems acumen and can quickly add value to our growing international business.
What Your Role Entails
In addition to onboarding and increasing productivity via training, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve ambitious growth targets by developing top performers into exceptional leaders. You will be responsible for creating and delivering world class recruitment training to our employees across the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, including core recruitment technologies and systems that underpin consultant performance and productivity (e.g. Bullhorn, sourcing and data platforms).
What Your Responsibilities will Include
- Working in partnership with the L&D Manager, you will continue to create a catalogue of training modules for both in-person and online use across the 360 recruitment lifecycle.
- Deliver in person training and onboarding for new and existing consultants across each BU and office location at a variety of experience levels ranging from Junior to Managing Consultant.
- Design and deliver structured training on key recruitment systems and tools (e.g. Bullhorn, LinkedIn, SourceWhale, PitchBook), ensuring consultants are able to effectively leverage technology to drive productivity, client development and candidate engagement.
- Continuously assess system usage across the business, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve adoption, efficiency and best practice.
- Record training videos for the Strativ group learning management system.
- Build meaningful relationships with both consultants and BU leaders to understand business and individual training needs.
- Provide consistent, detailed feedback to BU leaders and managers about the performance of their consultants in training.
- Drive engagement with the LMS and promote all new and existing material.
- Create reports of engagement of the LMS and identify trends / opportunities.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve our training offering.
The Experience You’ll Bring
- 3+ years recruitment experience in a 360 capacity (knows how to bring in new business, generate leads and lead from the front!)
- Experience in training OR managing in a recruitment setting.
- Experience using and/or training on recruitment technologies such as Bullhorn (ideally), LinkedIn Recruiter, SourceWhale, PitchBook or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized.
- Agile and able to adapt to change efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent relationship building skills, able to adapt to and engage different personality types.
- Proficient in the use of PowerPoint/Canva.
