Company Strativ Group Location Leeds or Manchester, UK (hybrid, 3-4 days in office p/w) Strativ Group specialise in technology, clean energy, future mobility and industrial recruitment. You’ll be responsible for delivering on contingent and retained projects, working closely with clients to understand their needs and providing high-quality talent solutions. This role offers the chance to build strong relationships, manage end-to-end delivery and make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with clients and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and business needs across Technology & Engineering sectors in the US
- Deliver on both contingent and retained projects, ensuring high-quality candidate shortlists and timely project delivery
- Manage end-to-end delivery cycles: sourcing, screening and interviewing top talent whilst maintaining a strong candidate experience
- Close candidates on salary expectations and ensuring all aspects of candidate qualification have been fully covered e.g. notice period, interviews, holidays etc.
- Collaborate with our Client Solutions team to support account growth and ensure seamless delivery across key client partnerships
- 2+ years recruitment experience
- Prior experience in a Delivery + Account Management/Resourcer position
- Experience working within Tech, AI/ML, Software, Robotics, Aerospace or Engineering desirable but not essential
