Strategic Transformation Lead — West of Scotland Transport in Glasgow

Strathclyde Partnership for Transport is seeking a dedicated Senior Transformation Manager to drive key change initiatives in the West of Scotland's transport system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in transformation management and will play a central role in shaping and delivering major projects, such as Clyde Metro and Bus Reform.

The role involves strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders. This full-time position typically involves hybrid working, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
