Strathclyde Partnership for Transport (SPT) is the largest of Scotland’s seven regional transport partnerships. As well as running the iconic Glasgow Subway, SPT delivers an extensive range of public transport services including bus stations and subsidised bus services, manages large transport infrastructure projects and is responsible for delivery of a long-term multi-modal transport strategy for the West of Scotland. Having upgraded our Subway stations and introduced a new fleet as part of our Subway Modernisation Project, our next major milestone will be transitioning operations to our new state of the art Operational Control Centre.
As well as an excellent remuneration package, giving potential earnings of £33K to £35K gross inclusive of shift allowance, SPT offers a great career average pension scheme, free Subway travel and subsidised bus or rail travel to and from work.
