We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated People Team Apprentice to join our busy People Team. Over a 2‑year apprenticeship, you will gain hands‑on experience across a wide range of HR activities while working towards a fully funded CIPD Level 3 qualification in your second year.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Communicating with staff, volunteers and external partners across multiple channels
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting recruitment and onboarding
  • Helping to coordinate training and development activities
  • Assisting with general HR administration and project work
