The Video Editor & Motion Content Lead will play a central role in shaping how the brand behaves in motion across campaigns, social, digital, and cultural moments. This role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling, editing, and content creation. You will be responsible for translating campaign worlds into emotionally resonant motion content across all touchpoints, while helping define a recognisable motion language for the brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Edit campaign films, brand films, launch content, and mixed-media motion projects from brief through to final delivery.
- Create platform-native edits across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, paid media, and digital channels, with a strong understanding of how storytelling and pacing shift across formats.
- Translate campaign footage into elevated social and paid executions that feel culturally aware without becoming trend-led.
- Develop a coherent motion language across the brand, including rhythm, pacing, sound, transitions, typography and emotional tone.
- Lead colour correction and grading to maintain a consistent, premium visual standard across all motion outputs.
- Explore thoughtful approaches to sound design, audio texture, and music selection as part of the storytelling process.
- Capture self-shot video and stills content for social, product storytelling, behind-the-scenes moments, studio shoots, events, and artisan craft documentation.
- Create elevated day-to-day motion content that extends and reinforces broader campaign worlds and brand direction.
- Understand the nuances of storytelling across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, paid social, and digital environments.
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Social and Marketing teams to ensure motion assets are creatively strong while meeting channel and performance needs.
- Work closely with the Art Director and wider Creative team to translate creative direction into considered motion outputs with a high level of finish.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, timelines, and priorities across campaign and BAU activity.
ABOUT YOU
- 5+ years’ experience in video editing and content creation within fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or culturally-led brands/agencies.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong visual taste and storytelling across campaign films, social content, paid media, and mixed-media edits.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Strong understanding of brand and visual identity, with the ability to distinguish between premium and true luxury expression.
- Highly organised, proactive, and self-directed.
