About Strathberry
Strathberry is one of the most exciting contemporary luxury brands to emerge from the UK in the past decade. Founded in Edinburgh and handcrafted by skilled artisans in the renowned leather workshops of Spain, the brand is defined by its minimalist design language, refined craftsmanship and its signature bar hardware. Loved by global tastemakers, celebrities and royalty, Strathberry has cultivated a fast‑growing international community drawn to modern elegance, timeless design and exceptional quality. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong pace of growth, the brand has built a significant direct‑to‑consumer business and is stocked in leading global retailers including Selfridges, Liberty, Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus. The retail footprint continues to expand with flagship stores in London and Edinburgh, supported by a new in‑house atelier that brings craft, sampling and repair together in one creative space. This investment in infrastructure, talent and product innovation positions Strathberry for its next chapter of global scale. Joining Strathberry means becoming part of a dynamic, ambitious and design‑led business at a pivotal moment in its evolution. This is an opportunity to contribute to a brand with a clear identity, strong momentum and a bold ambition to reimagine contemporary luxury on an international stage.
The Role
The Influencer Executive will lead day‑to‑day gifting execution and relationship building across Strathberry’s internally managed territories: UK, Canada, Italy, Germany, the Middle East and Australia. This role suits someone with 2–3 years’ experience in influencer marketing, strong aesthetic judgement, confidence in pitching, excellent organisational ability, and a data‑led approach to delivering KPI results. You will identify culturally aligned talent, tactically pitch the brand and its products, optimise gifting efficiency, and provide insightful performance reporting to drive measurable brand impact. Please note: This is a full‑time, permanent position based in Edinburgh or London. We are currently operating a hybrid working approach with a minimum of 3 fixed days required each week working from our Edinburgh or London city centre locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Influencer Gifting & Outreach: Manage and grow influencer gifting initiatives across UK, Canada, Italy, Germany, the Middle East and Australia. Proactively identify talent aligned with Strathberry’s luxury ‘Contemporary Elegance’ positioning - from micro creators to established cultural voices. Evaluate influencers in the current roster for continuous improvement to deliver against KPIs. Develop thoughtful outreach and personalised pitches to secure quality content and long‑term affinity. Build strong relationships with influencers, agents, and stylists, ensuring a consistently premium brand experience.
- Campaign Execution: Coordinate sample allocation, dispatch and logistics to ensure seamless gifting processes and timely coverage. Support product launches, events, seasonal priorities and cultural moments with targeted outreach and strategic product placement. Ensure that influencer content reflects brand tone, aesthetic and storytelling priorities, while remaining native to the creator’s platform.
- Influencer Platforms & Tools: Confidently use influencer management and analytics platforms such as Lefty, ShopMy and LTK to identify talent, track outcomes, analyse performance, and optimise gifting ROI. Maintain accurate internal trackers and dashboards to support visibility, planning and decision‑making across the wider PR and marketing team.
- Reporting & KPIs: Measure success through clear KPIs including content volume, reach, EMV, sentiment, product visibility, retailer impact and category pull‑through. Produce weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights to support planning, prioritisation and budget allocation. Analyse influencer performance, identify trends, and recommend adjustments to improve efficiency and content quality.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with PR, Brand, Social Content, Wholesale and Retail partners to ensure influencer activity supports wider brand and commercial goals. Support events, collaborations, partnerships and brand experiences with targeted influencer attendance and seeding. Work with design and PD to forecast and order the seasonal gifting product with the support of the Senior Global PR Manager.

- 2–3 years’ experience in influencer marketing, ideally within luxury, premium fashion, lifestyle or beauty.
- Strong aesthetic taste level with the ability to confidently assess brand fit, cultural resonance and content quality.
- Confident using influencer platforms such as Lefty, ShopMy and LTK to source talent, manage gifting, analyse content, and track KPIs.
- Excellent tactical execution skills - from pitching and negotiating gifting to relationship building and proactive follow‑through.
- Highly organised, detail‑driven and capable of managing high‑volume outreach across multiple geographies and timelines.
- Strong communication and written skills, with a proactive and solutions‑focused mindset.
- Data‑literate, with the ability to transform reporting into recommendations and strategic optimisation.
