We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team on a part‑time, fixed‑term 12 month contract as a high‑level administrative and strategic support for the Founders, Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team at Strathberry. The role requires a proactive, detail‑oriented professional with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. This is a fixed‑term role for 12 months and is part‑time, working 27.5 hours per week. The preferred working pattern is Monday to Thursday; however, some flexibility is available. We operate a hybrid working approach, with part of the week spent working from the beautiful Townhouse in Edinburgh City Centre.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organise and attend various management meetings, including Board, SLT & other internal and external meetings, coordinating agendas and taking minutes.
- Oversee internal meetings schedule and communications, organising and coordinating company‑wide Townhall meetings and other staff events.
- Coordinate SLT diaries and travel itineraries to ensure time is used efficiently in light of competing demands and evolving priorities.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and discretion.
- Support project‑management activities, tracking key deadlines and deliverables.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials to support effective executive decision‑making.
- Handle ad‑hoc tasks and initiatives as required to support business objectives.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to work at pace and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong diary management skills, with the ability to coordinate high‑volume scheduling, anticipate conflicts, and adjust priorities as needed to support business objectives.
- Excellent written communication skills with high level of attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to liaise effectively across all levels of the organisation and external partners.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including the ability to create Excel spreadsheets, format professional Word documents, and develop engaging PowerPoint presentations.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
