We are currently looking for two Boutique Managers to join our retail team in Edinburgh on a fixed-term, 12-month contract. You will act as an ambassador for the brand, ensuring all customers receive the best experience.
This is a full-time position based in Edinburgh working 5 shifts a week on a rotating shift pattern, equating to 40 hours over a 7-day week. 12 month fixed-term contract.
- Be the main point of contact for the Edinburgh store across external and internal stakeholders including Marketing, Finance, HR & Merchandising.
- Independent management of additional projects and administrative duties.
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures including H&S alongside preparing rotas and monthly payroll reports.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.).
- Helping coordinate other retail activity and considering events that could be held in store.
- Close control of stock management and POS system.
- Additional Store Manager duties as needed.
Retail management experience within luxury flagship preferred, with a minimum of 3 years in fashion or luxury retail management. Experience in driving KPI’s, staff planning and inventory management. Exceptional leadership skills and confidence to effectively communicate the brand story.
