This investment in infrastructure, talent and product innovation positions Strathberry for its next chapter of global scale. \This is an opportunity to contribute to a brand with a clear identity, strong momentum and a bold ambition to reimagine contemporary luxury on an international stage. \Reporting to the Brand Director, Strathberry is looking for an Editorial Manager to define, develop and embed the brand’s voice across all touchpoints. This is a pivotal role responsible for shaping how the brand communicates, ensuring a consistent, elevated and emotionally resonant narrative across campaigns, product, and channels. \You will own the end-to-end development of brand storytelling, from defining seasonal narratives and key messages, through to writing and overseeing all copy output. You will also lead the creation of repeatable content franchises that extend the brand world beyond campaigns and build deeper engagement with our audience. \Sitting at the intersection of Brand, Marketing and E-commerce, this role connects creative intent with commercial output, ensuring a clear and consistent narrative across every touchpoint. As the brand grows, there is significant scope to evolve this role into a broader editorial function. \This is a full-time, permanent position based in Edinburgh or London. We are currently operating a hybrid working approach with a minimum of 3 fixed days required each week working from our beautiful Edinburgh or London offices. \Brand Voice & Copywriting \Own all core brand and customer-facing copy across every touchpoint, from campaign and product through to site pages, editorial features and brand communications \n Write and oversee all brand copy, setting the standard for clarity, consistency and distinctiveness across the business, including: Homepage and site content; Editorial features and blog content; Evolve and maintain tone of voice guidelines, ensuring they remain aligned with the brand’s positioning and direction \n Act as the central authority on all brand messaging, ensuring consistency and quality across every customer touchpoint \Narrative & Content Strategy \Ensure alignment between Brand, Marketing and E-commerce, so all content reflects a cohesive point of view \n Work closely with the Brand Director and Senior Global Marketing Manager to embed storytelling within the wider brand and commercial strategy \Content Franchises & Editorial \Define, develop and lead a series of repeatable content franchises that build long-term brand equity across site, social, email and paid channels \n Build a scalable editorial approach that extends the brand world beyond campaign moments \n Lead the development of site features and editorial content that engage, inspire and drive commercial impact \Play a key role in monthly and seasonal planning, proactively shaping content direction and messaging across channels \n Brand (creative direction and narrative), Marketing (channel strategy and campaign rollout); Brief internal teams and external collaborators on content direction and copy requirements \Editorial Network & Partnerships \Build and manage a network of external writers, journalists and contributors \n Commission and edit external content where appropriate to elevate output and bring new perspectives \n Act as the editorial lead on selected partnerships and special projects, ensuring a consistent and high-quality narrative \Define and own weekly homepage and newsletter messaging, shaping the narrative and product focus in line with trading priorities and brand storytelling \n Partner with the Creative Production Coordinator to: Source and align relevant imagery for content; Brief supporting still life or asset needs where required \n Content Performance & Optimisation \Work with Digital, Marketing and E-commerce teams to understand content performance \n Ensure content balances editorial quality with commercial effectiveness \n Partner with Digital teams to ensure content is optimised for search, applying SEO and keyword insights without compromising brand voice \Deep understanding of brand storytelling within a luxury context \n ~ Experienced in developing content that works across multiple channels, from editorial to commercial \n ~ Strong understanding of digital content best practice, including SEO \n ~ Highly collaborative, with experience working cross-functionally across creative, marketing and commercial teams \n ~ Well-connected within a network of writers and creative contributors \The opportunity to help shape the next phase of growth for a distinctive luxury brand. \A creative, entrepreneurial, and supportive working environment. \Competitive salary with performance related incentives. \Clear pathways for personal and professional growth. \
