Working from our Edinburgh retail location on Multrees Walk, you will hold a key role within our fast-growing business, where you will act as an ambassador for the brand, ensuring that all customers receive the best experience and playing a key role in supporting Strathberry’s growing retail presence. This is a part-time, permanent position, based in Edinburgh, with 16 hours available, working on a rotating shift pattern over a 7-day week. There may also on occasion be the opportunity for overtime when required.

  • Previous experience working in a luxury retail service environment is essential.
  • Driving sales into the store and creating a vibrant atmosphere.
  • Helping with visual displays within the store.
  • Supporting promotions, events and launches to deliver the intended experience for customers.
  • Meeting individual and team sales goals.
  • Keeping the store tidy and clean, clear of any H&S hazards, and contributing to essential sales tasks.
  • Working with colleagues to monitor store security.
  • Assisting in all areas of stock shipping/receiving policies and paperwork.

Flexible availability in relation to rotating shift patterns and hours is important for promoting and reflecting the image of a luxury brand.
