Working from our London retail location in Burlington Arcade, you will hold a key role within our fast-growing business, where you will act as an ambassador for the brand, ensuring that all customers receive the best experience and playing a key role in supporting Strathberry's growing retail presence.
This is a full-time, permanent position, based in London. With 40 hours available, working on a rotating shift pattern over a 7-day week. Previous experience working in a luxury retail service environment is essential.
- Driving sales into the store and creating a vibrant atmosphere.
- Helping with visual displays within the store.
- Supporting promotions, events and launches to deliver the intended experience for customers.
- Meeting individual and team sales goals.
- Keeping the store tidy and clean, clear of any H&S hazards, and contributing to essential sales tasks.
- Working with colleagues to monitor store security.
- Assisting in all areas of stock shipping/receiving policies and paperwork.
