Strathallan School is seeking a caring Girls’ House Matron to join their senior girls’ boarding house team. This role involves providing essential pastoral care, supporting the wellbeing and daily routines of pupils, and maintaining a positive environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to care. Previous experience in a similar environment is beneficial but not mandatory.
