We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Early Career Teacher who will:

  • Demonstrate developing subject and pedagogical knowledge, with a strong understanding of effective teaching and learning, and a commitment to continually refining practice through coaching, feedback, and professional development.
  • Be a reflective practitioner who is eager to learn, welcomes feedback, and is keen to develop their practice with the support of experienced colleagues and expert mentors.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, building positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues while managing classroom routines effectively.
  • Show a strong commitment to equality, inclusion, and opportunity for all, adapting teaching to meet the diverse needs of every learner.
  • Have high expectations of achievement and behaviour, believing that every child can succeed and reach their full potential.
