The Stratford is a 145-bedroom design-led hotel set within Manhattan Loft Gardens, a 42-storey skyscraper which also features 248 loft apartments, three sky terraces, two restaurants, three bars and four event rooms.

We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Manager – MICE to join our team.
- What you’ll do…
- Manage and respond to group and MICE enquiries (room & events) in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and contracts for group bookings and events
- Convert enquiries into confirmed business, supporting revenue targets
- Coordinate all group requirements including bedroom blocks, meeting spaces, and F&B packages
- Ensure accurate input of all enquiries, bookings, and contracts into CRM systems
- Support the team in prospecting new business opportunities and assist in building a sales pipeline
- Participate in sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections
- Build strong day-to-day relationships with clients, agencies and event planners and act as a first point of contact for group clients during the sales process
- Liaise closely with Events, Operations, and F&B teams to ensure seamless handover of confirmed business
- Maintain accurate sales activity records, group forecasts, and booking data
- What we are looking for…
- 1-2 years’ experience in hotel sales, events, or reservations (groups preferred)
- Experience in handling group bookings or event enquiries is a strong advantage
- Degree or diploma in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple enquiries
- Commercial mindset with interest in sales conversion
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Eager to learn and grow within sales environment Proactive, positive, and solution-oriented
