The Stratford is a 145-bedroom design-led hotel set within Manhattan Loft Gardens, a 42-storey skyscraper which also features 248 loft apartments, three sky terraces, two restaurants, three bars and four event rooms. The building is located within walking distance from Stratford International Station and Westfield Shopping Centre. We are looking for a proactive and driven Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our F&B team.

What you’ll do…

  • Assist management and provide direction to the team
  • Assist in department’s performance quality of service and product delivered on property
  • Drive the success of the outlet, both financially and critically
  • Motivate the team and be a role model
  • Assist the management in running the operations of the bar smoothly and offering personal and outstanding service to our guests
  • Oversee the bar whilst on service, ensuring company standards are met
  • Liaise between the kitchen and waiting teams
