We are seeking a driven and experienced Salesforce Sales Manager to identify, engage and close new business opportunities across enterprise accounts in the UK market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record selling Salesforce consulting services and multi-cloud transformation programmes. This role will focus on driving revenue growth across the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud), building strategic customer relationships and positioning Stratesys as a trusted Salesforce partner. This is a high-impact commercial role suited to someone comfortable operating independently in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Pipeline Development: Identify and develop high-value enterprise prospects, driving pipeline growth through structured outreach, networking and marketing collaboration.
- Sales Execution: Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification and qualification through solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation and deal closure.
- Strategic Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CMOs, CROs and senior business stakeholders, positioning Salesforce solutions aligned to their transformation goals.
- Solution Positioning: Work closely with solution architects and delivery teams to craft tailored Salesforce value propositions across multiple clouds.
- Revenue Growth: Deliver against individual revenue targets while ensuring long-term account value and customer satisfaction.
- Account Expansion: Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing Salesforce clients.
- Ecosystem Engagement: Build strong relationships with Salesforce Account Executives and partner managers to generate joint pipeline and co-sell opportunities.
- Market Expertise: Stay current on Salesforce product roadmap, industry trends and competitive landscape.
