Job Description
Glasgow City Council is Scotland\'s largest local authority. Its Chief Executive\'s Department wishes to appoint a Public Processions Officer to work within its busy Legal Services. The position involves working with procession organisers, Police Scotland and relevant council services in relation to proposed public processions and discharging the Council\'s responsibilities for public processions in line with the provisions of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982, reporting to the Legal Manager as appropriate.

Glasgow City Council is Scotland\'s largest local authority. Its Chief Executive\'s Department wishes to appoint a Public Processions Officer to work within its busy Legal Services. The position involves working with procession organisers, Police Scotland and relevant council services in relation to proposed public processions and discharging the Council\'s responsibilities for public processions in line with the provisions of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982, reporting to the Legal Manager as appropriate.
