The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

This position is responsible for providing health care support to children and young people with complex medical conditions, ensuring they maintain health and access the curriculum.

The successful candidate will be competent in supporting daily living tasks, which may include tracheotomy care and suction, catheterisation, supporting oxygen-dependent children, and delivering individualised feeding programmes.

You will also provide support and guidance to support staff in delivering tasks related to specific health conditions. Work will involve close collaboration with school management and external partners to meet the ongoing health needs of children and inform health support plans.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills and experience working within educational or care environments. Membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme is essential upon appointment. Please note that successful candidates will be responsible for the cost of PVG Membership or Scheme Checks. This position is offered on a pro-rata salary basis.
