Glasgow City Council is seeking to recruit a permanent Problem and Incident Officer within Digital Services. You will be responsible for problem and incident management and continual service improvement, driving initiatives to enhance service quality and performance. This is a key role in the Council's multi-source operating model that involves a number of Managed Service Providers and an in-house Service and Integration Management (SIAM) function.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to be involved in a range of work in a complex organisation, supporting delivery of critical services to enable all parts of the Council Family and improve the lives of Glasgow's residents.
