You'll work directly alongside a commercially minded and highly driven Managing Director, helping shape business decisions, improving financial visibility and building a finance function capable of supporting the next stage of growth. What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as a trusted business partner to the Managing Director and leadership team.
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.

- Developing robust financial controls, reporting and governance.
- Delivering meaningful management information and board reporting.
- Building and developing the finance team.
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and ways of working.

- Using technology and AI to improve efficiency, visibility and decision-making.
About You
We're open-minded on background and career stage. You may already be operating as a Finance Director, or you could be an ambitious Head of Finance, Financial Controller or senior finance leader looking for the opportunity to step into your first Finance Director position. What matters most is your ability to combine commercial thinking, leadership and a hands-on approach.
You'll bring:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification
