Help roll out the UK's next-generation parcel delivery network. We're working with a high-growth business that's transforming last-mile delivery, installing smart parcel lockers in high-footfall locations across the country. To support this expansion, they're hiring a Business Development Manager to cover North East, England.
This is a home-based, field sales role focused on identifying and securing new locker locations. You'll be out meeting with independent retailers, gyms, petrol stations and landlords, pitching the benefits of the locker solution and managing deals from first contact to signed agreement.

What you'll be doing:
- Building a pipeline of prospects across your region
- Setting up and attending meetings with landlords and business owners
- Using a mix of warm leads and your own prospecting to find new sites
- Managing the full sales process from outreach to contract signature
- Building strong relationships with retailers, asset managers and property owners
- Working closely with operations teams to ensure smooth rollout of each site
- Keeping the CRM updated and using reports to track your pipeline and performance
What we're looking for:
- Experience in B2B field sales, ideally selling parcel lockers, vending, EV charging, money services or logistics services
- Someone who's confident meeting people face to face and closing deals
- A proactive, organised and self-motivated approach
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own territory
- A full UK driving licence and happy to travel across your region
