Location: Remote first with travel required for training and client sites

We are supporting a global solutions business operating at scale across retail, logistics, and last‑mile infrastructure. The business partners with some of the UK’s most recognised logistics and postal organisations and delivers complex, high‑volume programmes across product, supply chain, and service delivery.

This is a senior, delivery‑led account role with high visibility. You will act as the primary face of the business to a major national logistics customer, owning day‑to‑day account management, coordination, and performance. While this is not a strategic leadership role, it does require confidence, credibility, and the ability to operate comfortably with senior stakeholders on both sides.

Key responsibilities:
  • Full ownership of a major UK key account
  • Senior stakeholder management with customer leadership teams
  • Coordination across supply chain, logistics, product development, and internal delivery teams
  • Preparation and delivery of structured progress reporting and performance updates
  • Management of issues, escalations, and service performance
  • Supporting product and solution development aligned to customer needs
  • Identifying and progressing account development opportunities
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience in key account management, programme management, or customer delivery roles
  • Background in logistics, supply chain, infrastructure, manufacturing, or complex B2B environments
  • Comfortable leading high‑impact meetings with senior customer stakeholders
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn data into clear, confident updates
  • Calm under pressure, well organised, and commercially aware
  • 5 years + managing major/key accounts in a similar or adjacent market
  • Experience working with large national or public‑sector customers is highly advantageous.
