The Senior Delegate Sales Manager will play an integral role in the company to support the achievement of crucial business objectives. This position is for someone that has the unwavering drive to chase sales through consistent outbound calls and pipeline management.
You’ll be liaising with top level executives across number of industries, talking them through our very focused and professional event format. There is a focus on attracting new business and you’ll be using your telephone, LinkedIn and other communication channels skills to speak with the right DMs and build a long-term relationship.
We are looking for dedicated and focused individuals who excel at prioritizing and completing multiple tasks simultaneously to drive revenue across our portfolio of senior level strategy meetings including both face to face and online events.
Meet or exceed sales targets that align with the department and overall business strategy
Using a consultative sales approach, establish relationships with prospective delegates via telephone to support the promotion of specific campaigns
Thoroughly research and understand the different industries our conferences serve in order to field questions from prospects and accurately articulate conference benefits and themes to articulate the value proposition
Maintain sales database by including details of sales calls for tracking and relationship management purposes
Produce a weekly market feedback report that contributes to the continuous improvement of our conferences
Ensure delegate registrations are updated in the CRM system accurately
Must have minimum 1 year successful track record in B2B Event Delegate Sales
Fluent, business level English and excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening, empathy and the ability to ask probing questions
Fluent French desirable
Experience in accurately inputting, maintaining and navigating customer data in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Able to demonstrate commercial awareness
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Fully remote with opportunities to travel to our events across Canada and the USA
• Contract-based/freelance, registered for tax in country of residence
• Monday-Friday 1pm to 9pm UK time
