Overview
Strategy Education are working on behalf of alternative provision setting in Norfolk who are in need of teachers, teaching assistants and higher-level teaching assistant to join their growing staff team.
This is a specialist academic and therapeutic provision in a creative, supportive environment, for students aged 5-16 who have experienced difficulties in mainstream settings. There are 2 separate sites within the campus 1 catering for primary aged students and the other, for secondary aged students. The learning model is based on the national curriculum but uses alternative concepts recognising that every young person comes via their own unique path, but that what unites them is the need for a different environment and approach to teaching. There is a real focus on staff wellbeing, collaborative practice and creating a climate where teaching and learning is calm and engaging.
Role Details
The successful candidate will initially be employed on a temporary basis and will be expected to deliver a positive learning environment for all students whether that be in teaching or support capacity.

The successful candidate will have a relevant undergraduate degree and will be subject to a variety of checks including, eligibility to work in the UK an enhanced DBS and full references including one from your most recent teaching placement.
